All admitted students are hereby informed as follows;

• Log on to your Jamb CAPS to accept the offer of Admission and print out your Jamb Admission letter
• Proceed to Centre for Undergraduate Programme (CUDEP) Administrative Office for clearance with all originals credentials (Jamb Admission letter, Change of Institution, O’ Level results, UTME and N.C.E result for Direct entry candidates
• Candidates are to ensure they collect clearance form for Payment of acceptance fee of Twenty Five Thousand (N25,000) naira only at CUDEP Account Office
• Candidates who made payment of acceptance fee are to proceed to CUDEP Administrative Office to collect clearance form for payment of school fees upon presentation of evidence of payment of acceptance fee
• Proceed to Account Office to make payment for school fees
• Candidates who have evidence of payment of school fees are to collect other necessary registration documents at CUDEP Administrative Office including files
• Candidates are to ensure they register their courses at the coordinator’s office. (Please note that any candidate that do not register their courses would not be allowed to take part in the examination).
• Upon registration and collection of course form, candidates are to submit their course form for signing at the designated places stated on the course form
• Candidates are to ensure they complete other registration such as medicals before submission of files
• Candidate are to submit all completely filed forms and their files before matriculation. Failure to submit before the matriculation day may attract a fine of additional Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00)
